Advance Care Alliance in New York has created two upcoming Virtual Family Forums for members and families to choose from and attend via webinar: Tuesday, September 15, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., or Thursday, September 17, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please join us.

Each Family Forum will cover the same content. ACA/NY created two different dates to accommodate member and family schedules. These forums are held virtually as a webinar. Members and families are encourage to ask questions and submit them within the comment box during the webinar. All questions will be answered within the live session. If time expires, any questions that are not answered during the live session will be answered and emailed to the entire audience post-webinar.
