How to Book a Desk in Condeco
Please remember that all staff are required to book a desk through the Condeco app prior to visiting a hub site. Instructions on how to do this can be found by clicking here.
How to Book a Meeting Room
All staff must book a meeting room when scheduling a meeting at a hub site. Please note that the procedure to book a meeting room has changed. To view instructions on how to book a room, click here.
Use of Monitor Adaptors at Hub Sites
Each desk/workstation at all hub sites is equipped with an adaptor which allows you to hook up your laptop to the monitor at that station. Please note that these adaptors can be used for either Dell or Lenovo computers.

Policy Folder (Microsoft Teams)
All agency policies and procedures will be in the Microsoft teams folder entitled “ACANY – Policies and Standard Operating Procedures” going forward. This folder will contain the most updated guidance documents and will serve as a “one-stop” shop for team members.
