As one of the two original founding members of our LIFEPlan Coordinating Care agency and newly appointed Chair of the Board of Directors, it’s my pleasure to welcome you to our organization. A collaboration of 70 agencies, over 700 professionals and 18,000 members and families in 38 counties. More importantly than these numbers is our commitment to the values represented in our Mission and Vision of choice, inclusion and participation that guides us in all that we hope to accomplish. The days ahead will be challenging and only together we will ensure that the emergence of managed care in our field will place members and families foremost in service delivery, quality outcomes and maximum utilization of public funds.
