Adapt Community Network Family Support Seminar
Learn about supports that match your needs at this virtual event. Get reimbursed for out-of-pocket expenses for your child with a disability, find housing support including assistance with modifications for your home, build relationships in the community, and experience temporary relief from the demands of caregiving with the help of the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) provided supports and services. Tune in to learn about the many supports funded through NYS OPWDD and provided by ADAPT Community Network.

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS:
Danielle Raymond has worked in the Intellectual and Developmental disabilities field for over 16 years. She previously worked as a Direct Service Provider and Medicaid Service Coordinator. Ms. Raymond is currently the Director of Family Reimbursement at ADAPT Community Network, which she has held for the last six years.
Kate Gottlieb is a passionate advocate for the equity and inclusion of people with disabilities. After getting her Master’s in Public Administration, Kate started the Medicaid Service Coordination unit at the Institute for Community Living in New York City. She then went on to work as the National Inclusion Strategist at Girl Scouts of the USA, working with Girl Scout councils across the country on inclusion strategies. Kate has recently returned to the workforce as the Project Connect Coordinator at ADAPT Community Network.
