Adapt Community Network is offering a free virtual webinar “The Visual System and its Impact on Your Child’s Ability to Learn”.
Find out how to identify if your child has visual perceptual difficulties. Learn why sometimes vision therapy doesn’t work until other steps are in place first and find out about practical exercises that you can use with your child to support their visual perception skills at home and at school. Our speaker will be Rita Gendelman, a pediatric occupational therapist who specializes in helping children and young adults diagnosed with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), ADHD, cerebral palsy and learning disabilities. Spanish interpretation will be available.
