NOTE: This is NOT a “HOW-TO” workshop going over the application process and forms. It is for informational purposes only.

Transition Workshops offered through Rockland BOCES and the Rockland Transition Consortium.

The Rockland BOCES Student Services Division and the Rockland Transition Consortium are working to educate students and their families in preparing for and making transitions, linking families with resources for the transition from school to work and/or post-secondary programs, children’s services to adult services, and home to the community at large.
