On Thursday, April 29, 2021, from 4-6 pm–, the Rockland Transition Consortium and Rockland BOCES are sponsoring our 10th:

VIRTUAL RESOURCE & TRANSITION FAIR:

Supports & Information for Students of all ages with an IEP or 504 Plan, Families, & Professionals for Now and in the Future. To register, click here

The goal of this VIRTUAL fair is to provide information on the opportunities and supports that are available to individuals with disabilities, both during and after school years.

We feel that it would be valuable to have your program represented at the fair.  The participation of your program would involve being part of a panel in a similar service group with other agency personnel.  Some examples of topics are vocational rehabilitation, mental health, post-secondary education programs, day programs and support services for people with developmental disabilities, etc.  Each person on the panel will give a one-minute introductory speech.  After introductions, participants will ask questions to the agency personnel.  Panelists can send any materials they want distributed to the Resource and Transition Fair committee, and they will be put on a google drive folder to be shared with registrants. The rooms will be open from 4:00-6:00 pm, and participants will enter and leave rooms on their own schedule.

The Virtual Resource and Transition Fair will be held from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm via Zoom.
