We invite you to take advantage of a networking opportunity where you can showcase your programs and services and meet face-to-face with ACA/NY Care Managers and Supervisors.

Each registrant will have table space, two chairs, and access to WiFi. Please arrive one hour prior to start time for setup. Light refreshments will be provided.
