Each organization has a table you can visit to ask questions and hear about the supports they offer. You can: \n\nTalk with providers face‑to‑face\nLearn about services available now or in the future\nMeet Care Managers and other families\nExplore new tools\, resources\, and programs all in one place\n\nStay as long as you like and visit the tables that interest you. \n\n\nWho can attend? \nThis event is for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)\, their families and caregivers\, Care Managers\, and provider agencies from your community. You will meet people from programs such as; home care services\, day programs\, employment and job support and more! \n\n\nWhy should you come? \nThese events help you build connections that support your life and goals. Meeting people in person can make it easier to understand what services are out there and who to contact when you need something. Think of it as filling your “back pocket” with helpful names and faces.
