OPWDD SHARES GUIDANCE ON IMMIGRATION POLICY CHANGES

The Office for People With Developmental Disabilities has issued guidance in response to recent federal immigration policy changes that may affect people with developmental disabilities, their families, and service providers.

Many community members have expressed concern due to increased enforcement actions and uncertainty around immigration protections. These changes may also impact access to direct support professionals and frontline staff.
