NEW RESOURCE: TOOLS AND COMMUNITY FOR AUTISM AND NEURODIVERSITY

AANE’s services are designed to promote independence, connection, and advocacy for autistic people, their families, and the professionals who support them. Their programs provide meaningful opportunities for skill-building, community engagement, and personal growth.

Programs and Services Available Through AANE:

  • Individual and Family Coaching:
    • AANE offers personalized coaching services for autistic adults, teens, parents, families, and even couples. Coaching helps participants with life planning, communication strategies, employment readiness, transitions to independence, and relationship dynamics.
  • Virtual and In-Person Support Groups:
    • A wide range of peer-led support groups are available for autistic individuals, parents/caregivers, and family members. Groups are organized by age, interest, and topic to promote social connection, peer learning, and mutual support.
  • Workshops, Trainings, and Webinars:
    • AANE provides ongoing education through live and recorded workshops on important topics like executive functioning, college transitions, workplace navigation, managing anxiety, and social skills development.
  • Neurodiverse Couples Institute:
    • Specialized programs and coaching for couples in which one or both partners are autistic or otherwise neurodivergent. This unique offering focuses on improving communication, building understanding, and strengthening relationships.
  • Adult Services:
    • Programs tailored for autistic adults include life management coaching, job coaching, social skills workshops, and transition planning from education to employment or independent living.
  • Parent and Family Services:
    • Supports for parents and family members, including coaching, peer consultations, educational programs, and assistance with navigating diagnoses and service systems.
