Scam Alert - Fraudulent posts are circulating on social media from someone posing as Advanced Care Alliance (note the incorrect name) and using our logo to request credit card details for an employment packet. Advance Care Alliance of New York will never ask for credit card information during the hiring process. If you shared your information, we urge you to contact your local police department and notify your credit card company.
