Accessibility Survey
We appreciate your help with keeping our Community Resource Tool (CRT) accurate and up to date. The CRT has become a trusted resource for information on service providers offering specialized IDD services and receives hundreds of hits each month. Please take a moment to find your organization in ACANY’s CRT and let us know if any updates are needed.
Thanks to a grant, we are currently in the process of building an enhanced web-based platform to host the tool that will be more robust and user-friendly. In addition to including more information on health care services throughout the state, the updated tool will also include information on accessibility to assist people in finding providers that can best meet their needs.
We want our directory to accurately reflect accessibility in your various program settings and health care clinics. To help us gather this information, a link to a survey is included below. We would appreciate you taking a few minutes to complete the survey on any/all your programs and services, particularly your clinic settings, if applicable. This will help us to better promote and inform others who are looking for accessible providers in their regions.
