New Online Directory Launched
We’re excited to announce the launch of Disability Services NY (DSNY), a new online directory designed to connect individuals with disabilities and their families to trusted services across New York State.
DSNY was developed through a collaboration between the New York State Department of Health (NYS DOH), and three New York State Care Coordination Organizations: ACANY, LIFEPlan CCO NY, and Person Centered Services. Combined, the three Care Coordination Organizations cover the entire state of New York and provide Care Management services to nearly 70,000 individuals. This innovative platform simplifies the search for essential services, like day programs, employment support, healthcare, and community resources. Users can search by service type or specialty, organization name, or county, with advanced options to filter for accessibility features like parking, building navigation, telehealth availability, and staff experience with developmental disabilities.
