Congratulations on winning tickets to Madison Square Garden
You have been selected as a winner for two free tickets to a NY Rangers or NY Knicks game during the 2023-2024 season at Madison Square Garden! Below is some important information regarding immediate steps you must take, and ticket/suite access.
Next Steps
- You must respond within 24 hours of receipt of this email confirming you will be attending. Tickets will be sent electronically, and we will need you to provide your personal email address, guest’s name, and their email address. If you do not confirm by deadline date your tickets will be forfeited, and an alternate staff member will be selected.
- You must review, sign, and date forms below. Please resend the completed documents along with the information above (within the initial 24 hours). We cannot release the tickets without the signed copies. We will be forced to release the tickets if not returned within 24 hours.
Members Forms
Ticket Information
Tickets will be transferred via the MSG Venue Mobile App to the email provided closer to the game date. Once received through your email, you and your guest will have to download either the Ticketmaster or MSG Venue Application to claim your ticket(s).
Please note: Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. All winners and their guests must agree to promotion of their attendance. Staff will need to sign a non-work expectation agreement. If you are not able attend your winning game selection, you must decline the tickets

Suite access and information will be emailed directly to the email we have on file closer to the game date.

Please check in with the administrator (Gerard Joseph or Jaime Madden) when you arrive at the suite. You may also be asked to participate in photo opportunities to promote this event.
