Provider Fairs a success

The Provider Relations team would like to thank our Provider partners who joined us for our inaugural Provider Fairs in June 2023.

On behalf of LIFEPlan and ACA/NY, we hosted a total of 80 Providers and approximately 375 Care Managers across four fairs in Brooklyn, Goshen, Liverpool, and Utica. Providers and Care Managers agreed that the fairs were an excellent opportunity to discuss programs and services, with many adding that it was nice to spend time with their colleagues in person. 

We received tremendous positive feedback from those who attended and are thrilled to share that the fairs were a resounding success. Providers were delighted to be able to connect with so many Care Managers in their area, especially those they had not yet met in person. Both groups appreciated having a dedicated time and place to discuss services in detail. 

Provider Fair highlights 

• After the Utica fair, one Provider shared that they left with a list of 25 Care Managers interested in more information about a new program in their development.
• The Brooklyn fair had an incredible turnout of 25 Providers and 140 Care Managers, with multiple Providers sharing that they received referrals as soon as the event ended.
• Several attendees at the Goshen fair agreed it was an excellent opportunity for Providers to connect with Care Managers and each other.
• At the Liverpool fair, one Provider expressed how much they enjoyed meeting with colleagues, both new and old, and said they are looking forward to attending again in the future.
